Extraordinary timepieces have fascinated people worldwide for over a
century with the craftsmanship displayed therein.

Beyond being a simple time-telling instrument a superbly crafted
watch can convey emotions, values and passion.

                                                                       2

Whether you want to create but one model or a whole collection –
we have the resources to meet your demands.

We will apply state-of-the-art project management tools to ensure
in-time delivery.

The development of your own timepiece is an iterative process
and we are proud to guide you through it.

                                                                    4
Taken together these 6 P‘s form nothing less than comprehensive
BRAND MANAGEMENT, maximizing the potential of your own line of
                             timepiece. 5
Success attracts envy and thus imitations, infringing on your rights
and harming your brand image.

In order to thwart any such threats we offer our clients our
services to protect their brand name by registering it in their name
either in Switzerland only (thus ensuring nobody else can produce
a Swiss Made watch under that brand name) or– if required – on a
worldwide scale under the Madrid Treaty or others.

                                                                       6
A watch is more than the sum of its individual parts; it is a
statement, carrying forward a message as defined by you

You can chose among three levels of customization (explained further
on), giving you more flexibility on the way towards your own
   collection of timepieces

Time is the most valuable thing a man can spend. (Diogenes)

                                                                       7
There is never a second chance for a first impression !

This is why we believe that the marginal value of an additional Swiss
Franc invested in your product is very often higher if invested in the
   packaging than the actual timepiece.

Whether you are looking for a solid wooden presentation box, a
leather automatic watch winder or a box with an enamelled picture
on the lid – we have the suppliers to meet all your needs and more.

A matching gift bag adds to the impression of your timepieces and
ensures your CI is followed throughout all stages.

                                                                            8
Today‘s discerning consumers expect a wealth of information on
their product and its background. The information expected goes
way beyond the warranty regulations.

The more complicated the timepiece the more detailed the
technical information has to be.

Very often the brand image surrounding the newly created
timepiece can be brought to the consumers attention but with
carefully chosen words and images.

Of utmost importance is the presentation of the new timepiece to
the press; not only do we know the major watch magazines but we
also have in-depth experience in the creation of press releases.

                                                                   9
Depending on your choice of target outlets you will need a wide
range of point-of-sales material:

                                                                  10
When developing a high-end customized watch one main goal is
producing a timepiece that is more than a mere accessory; you are
looking to develop a life-style product embodying your company‘s CI.

This intention has to be backed up by an appropriate after-sales service;
we can advise you on the technical aspects of such, ranging from a
regular service – based lifetime warranty to a 24-hour customer hotline.

                                                                            11

 One model / whole collection (synergies by modular approach;
    incremental use of complications)
 Brand image / corporate identity to convey
 Target customers including demographic data
    (age, income, education etc.)
 Target price range
 Target functionality (time only; complications)
 Target outlets (high street, mail order etc.)
 Initial order quantity (incl. break-down where applicable)
 Time frame

                                                                 14
The time frame of a private label project depends largely on how
individualized your timepiece should be and which movements you
intend on using.
Three levels of customization can be chosen from:

                                                                   15
16
17
Experience has shown that the full economical potential of developing your own
timepiece can only be achieved if you chose this level, which gives you all the artistic
flexibility to incorporate your own CI.
                                                                                        18
The basic choice is the one between QUARTZ and MECHANICAL
movements

Generally speaking the latter are more expensive, have longer delivery
times (up to 18 months) - which fluctuate according to demand – but
carry much more prestige

We can supply you with Swiss Made ETA, Ronda, ISA, Dubois-
Dépraz, Selitta, Soprod movements or have movements designed
according to your very own specifications

                                                                         19
 Based on the results of the briefing phase we will come up with a
comprehensive design of your future timepiece.

 The starting point of this phase is the movement: Based on
targeted functionality we can chose the appropriate movement
which in turn will affect the shape of the case and the dial.

                                                                      20
 During this phase we will source the materials requested and
develop the technical drawings needed for production

 The more demanding your requests, the more intricate will these
drawings be – up to a 3-D animated model for your own movement
   calibre

 At the end of this phase we will present you the prototype of your
   timepiece for your final approval

                                                                       21
22
 Production of tools and moulds required

 Procurring of raw materials

 Production of individual parts

 Surface finish of parts

                                            23
 QC level 1: incoming components inspection in our assembly plant

 Assembly in a controlled environment (constant humidity etc.)

                                                                     24
 All your timepieces will be checked after assembly in our assembly
   plant

 100% of your timepieces will be checked – no spot-checking

 This final phase of QC includes water resistance tests, tests of
   surface finish and functionality

 All your timepieces will be checked again prior to shipping

                                                                       25
We can have your timepieces tested by independent organisations for a
variety of properties (some regulated by ISO or DIN norms):

Certificates thus issued would be part of the printware offered
and can differentiate your product from your competitor‘s 26
 Order confirmation

 Payment terms

 Minimum Order Quantity

 Prices

                           27
 An order confirmation will be issued after completion of 1.2 – Design

                                                                          28
 50% downpayment upon order confirmation

 Level 1 = our export price + CHF 2.-- / pc.; +charges for
                printing plate (around CHF 500.-)
