4. Obligations of a moderator
• Create agenda – determine the best use of
the room/technology available
• Book the room
• Obtain the participation and moderation links
• Send out invites

5. Booking the room
• If you are going to use the ACFE room,
Contact Junita –to discuss booking the room
• Once the room is booked, Junita will provide
the participation and moderation links
• Send invites to participants

6. Sending invites
• Copy and paste the links into your invitation
email
(you may have to click on it to activate it and
then copy the link from your web browser)
• You can also send the calendar invite from
Blackboard or if using email software, attach
an invitees list

7. Adding information to profile
Click on the ‘edit profile’ drop down menu
Add your details to your profile
Bbc remembers these details from your
computer each time you login
