Over 5 years experience front office reception and customer service in a variety of business
settings. Provided support for several departments from Marketing and Sales to Customer
Service.

    -   Greet persons entering the establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit direct or escort them
        to specific destination.
    -   Operate telephone screen and forward calls, provide information, taking messages and schedule
        appointments.
    -   Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or
        explain information.
    -   Listen and solve customer problems or communicate and resolve them through other channels.
    -   Transmit information or documents to customers, using computers, mail, or facsimile machine.
    -   Inventory and order materials, supplies, and services.
    -   Operate and troubleshoot office machines, such as photocopies and scanners, facsimile machines,
        voice mail systems, and personal computers.
    -   Collect, sort, distribute and route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.

    -   File, organize, and maintain records.
    -   Keep a current record of staff members’ whereabouts and availability.
    -   Compile, copy, collate, and merge papers for mailings.
