Inter Interact Club Skill Development Program
liThe strength, spirit and enthusiasm of the Interactors lie in their diversified unity rather than
in isolation". To help promote a vibrant community of youth based on values of friendship and
personal excellence a unique Talent Promotion Program for the Interact Clubs organized by the
Rotary Club of Madurai Mid Town, R. I District 3000, titled INTERACTIONwas conceived by Rtn.
Nicholas Francis for the Club during the year 2006.
Interaction as an annual program of the club has been conducted with the objective of
providing firsthand experience in Leadership, Team Building, Program Planning and Execution,
apart from Time Management, Building Und~rstanding and Friendship and Socialization among
the members of the Interact Clubs.
The Program for the Rotary Year 2016 -2017 has been finalized as follows:

2. Guidelines for the Program
1. The Competitions are organized by the Rotary Club of Madurai Mid Town, for the
Interact Club Members of the Interact Clubs sponsored by the Rotary Club of Madurai
Mid Town only.
2. The Participants must be members of the Interact Clubs of the respective Institutions
only.
3. The Respective School heads send a list of participants to the Chairman or the Secretary
on or before 31

October 2017
4. The Participating Institutions shall nominate any number of participants for Individual
Events. For Group Events only One entry per Institution (of not more than 8
participants) shallbe allowed.
5. The Judges will select 1

Prizes for each event. All events shall be open
category events and no separation for Boys and Girls individually ..

7. Individual Championship and Overall Championship will be awarded to the Highest Point
wining Individual and the Institution.
8. All participants will be provided with Participation Certificates.
9. The Competition shall be Judged by the persons nominated by the organizing committee
and their results shall be final.
10. The Participants will have to bring their own materials for Drawing & Painting, Arts and
Crafts, Poster Preparation, Dance Cassette & Costume,
11. The Inauguration and Valediction Function will be organized as per the Rotary Club of
Madurai Mid Town's agenda. For both the Programs Rotarians will participate
12. The competitions shall be conducted shall be conducted under the supervision of the
Organizing Chairperson, and the participating Institutions should ensure that their
students adhere to the rules and regulations of the program strictly.
