The Kobita Club
     Project Plan
Idea behind Kobita Club
• I Started it in December 2011 as a Facebook Page named
  “Surojit O Bondhura Kobita Club”

• Few online friends who love poetry and want to share their
  poetries with the others joined there and started writing on
  Page wall.

• We      started    various      poem     based     activity      i.e.
  I used to give a line and all friends add lines after it to create a
  full poem.
• “Bhallagena tomai chhara” was first of among them where
  around 100 friends contributed to give a shape within 15 days.

• After that this idea of Collaborative poem continued for long
  periods and members increased continuously.

• We are promoting our Page using Digital Posters. No one
  compelling any one to like/join . So only genuine people with
  same interest is here.

• Every day ~10 members join/like the Kobita Club Page.

• Per month like/join ~200 members. (20% increase per month)

• Projected members number by the end of April is 1000.

• Where as a dedicated website will gather at least 10,000
  members within 6 months.

    Around INR 50,000
Vodafone & Kobita Club
• Special features for Kobita Club Vodafone Users. i.e. Kobita Club
  Caller group that will cause a sustainable increase of Vodafone
  users.

• They can submit Poems & Vote for Poems using Vodafone
  connection. Higher cost for other connections.

• The Kobita Club will use “Powered by – Vodafone” tag on website
  & other publications & promotional matters.

• Event organized by Kobita Club in Association with Vodafone
  where Prize could be a connection that will help Vodafone to
  increase their reach.
Vodafone & Kobita Club

• Kobita Club can host Jingle Hunt Contest for
  Vodafone advertisement, among their Members.
Future Plans
• In future we have plan to include Non-bengali Community, if we
  found enough members from that community shows interest, then
  we will add a separate section for that particular language.

• Publication of Printed & Digital Magazine.

• Involving NRI community. (Though currently we have a significant
  number of NRI members who are participating in our activities, our
  target will be making the number more significant )
