H5P Question Set or Quiz using LUMI
Outcomes:
• Familiarization with Quiz features
o Create an H5P Quiz with the following Interactions:
▪ Multiple Choice, True/False, Drag Text, Fill in the blanks, Mark the Words

Download Lumi
1. Go to https://lumi.education
2. Click on the Download link
3. Choose the appropriate operating system button
4. Complete the download process
5. On the desktop, locate and click on the Lumi icon
6. The Lumi app displays, click on the H5P Editor Start link
Create an H5P Quiz using Lumi
1. Open Lumi
2. Click on the H5P Editor Start link
3. Click on the + Create New H5P button
4. The H5P Select Content Type screen appears, scroll down the screen and select Quiz (Question set)

6. In the Title text box type World Cup 2026
7. Click on Quiz Introduction
8. The Quiz introduction options appear
9. Click in the Title text box, type a title similar to World Cup Quiz
10. In the Introduction textbox, type After reading the Wikipedia article "2026 FIFA World Cup",
complete the following questions. when you finished click on the Check button to see your score.
11. In the Start button text textbox, leave the default Start Quiz
12. To set a background image, click on the Background image Add button
13. Locate the image on your hard drive
14. A thumbnail of the image appears in the editor
15. Click on the Edit copyright button
16. Insert the following copyright information:

1. In 1. Question, click on the question type drop down
menu
2. Click on the option Multiple Choice
3. In the Title field, type Question 1 MC.
4. In the Question field, type The 2026 FIFA World Cup

5. Select the text, choose the Paragraph format Heading 3.
6. In the option text boxes input:

6. Select the text, choose the Paragraph format Heading 3
7. In the Correct answer section, choose False
8. Scroll upwards, locate the + Add Question button

1. Click on the + Add Question button
2. In 3. Question, click on the question type drop down menu
3. Click on the option Mark the Words Question
4. In the Title field, type Question 3 Mark the Words Question
5. In the Task description field, type Click on all of the place names in the paragraph.
6. Correct words are marked with asterisks (*) before and after the word.

4. In the Title field, type Question 5 Fill in the blanks
5. In the Task description field, accept the default Fill in the missing words
6. Correct words are marked with asterisks (*) before and after the word or phrase.

1. Leave the default setting for:
Disable backwards navigation
Randomize questions
Number of questions to be shown
2. Click on the Quiz finished: Finished drop down
3. Leave the default setting for all items.
