Hot Potatoes is a free authoring suite that allows users to easily create interactive learning activities like cloze (fill-in-the-blank), multiple choice, sorting, and matching exercises. These activities can be hosted on a USB drive, web server, or LMS. The software generates responsive web pages that work on mobile devices. It also creates SCORM compliant learning objects. Hot Potatoes has a simple interface and many support resources to help users learn how to develop activities with text, video, audio, and images.
