1. As a part of growing up we have to understand the importance of :
Eating right
How to become a more responsible person
Understand how and why we grow up
Developing good relationships with people
Understanding why it is good to be physical
This is why we learn PDHPE in school
So let’s have fun learning!

2. Guide to a healthy lifestyle
 Making sure we know what to eat and drink is one of
the first steps to become a healthy living person
 Looking good and feeling good goes together in
making yourself happy and your friends happy too!
 We will learn this in PDHPE and will teach us all about
the right foods we eat, how to keep neat and clean

3.  Sports is a very important part of growing up, in fact, just
moving around (being physical) once a day can help you
become a more healthy person
 Also a balanced diet plays a role in growing up, with diet
and being physical together in your life, you will be more
happy with yourself!
 Playing sports also help you in making the right choices,
not just in sports but in life as well!
 E.g How to play sports with other people well and being a
good person and letting other people join in on the fun and
not to be too competitive. Most importantly to have fun!

4.  Being a good friend doesn’t only make the your
friend happy, but it makes you happy too.
 In PDHPE we learn how to be a better friend or son
or daughter or grandchild to your family too!
 And doing so helps you become a better person,
not just for yourself, but more people will like you
for you and you will become a more happier person
too!

5. Play safe! Be safe!
 In PDHPE, it’s not all about playing sports, dancing
and just getting outside the classroom.
 We actually learn in playing sports too! Where and
how to play a sport within a safe area!
 We also learn about swimming safety and what or
what not to do around the swimming pool
 We also learn the importance of being safe in
environments such as around roads and traffic
 HAVE FUN AND BE SAFE!
