Establishing regular routines – such as collecting folders and books or setting out folders on tables (a subtle seating plan) at the start always helps!<br />Discussion about News Headlines or play a short video followed by discussion! Imagine 15 students with headphones on watching Dragons Den and making notes! <br />The Faculty also uses Q&A, Recaps and Revision Tests to help focus minds before getting into the main part of a lesson!<br />Wordsearch and other quizzes – We like to use a question at the top of the wordsearch and the answers contained within the search! You could then ask students to define the words using a dictionary or Google.
