This plan includes information regarding the following topics:
• Roles and responsibilities of team members throughout
the project
• Project organization charts
• Staffing management plan to include:
– How resources will be acquired

– Training required to develop skills
– How performance reviews will be conducted
– Recognition and rewards system

Roles & Responsibilities
• Plans, directs and oversees the project, and ensures that deliverables and
functionality are achieved as defined in the Project Charter
• Discussing the objectives, requirements and budget of a project with team
• Responsible for execution of projects in accordance with PMI methodology
• monitor & manage execute change orders while maintaining project schedule &
budget
• Maintains accountability for the management of all resources assigned to the
project
• Serves as the primary liaison between the project and the Project Sponsor

• Responsible for Architecture of Smart homes
• Specifying the nature and quality of materials required
• Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Architecture Engineering
• Minimum 1 year experience in Architecture Design

Roles & Responsibilities
• Provides technical support to the Project Manager
• Manages and directs his team for the Structure building Process
• Responsible for all materials used in structure of smart homes
• Responsible for the quality of the structure of Smart homes
• Responsible for acquiring and releasing Labor for all structural work
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 1 year experience in construction
Structural Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manages and Directs his team for all interior works for project smart Homes
• Responsible for all materials used in Interior Decoration
• Responsible for all activities in interior decoration
• Responsible for acquiring and releasing Labour for Interior Decoration
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Interior Designing
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Interior Designing
Interior Designer
Roles & Responsibilities
• Create project accounts in the accounting system
• Maintain the billing folders for all projects
• Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to Project Manager
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or ACCA Finalist
• Minimum 1 year experience in Cost Accounting
Accountant
Roles & Responsibilities
• Plan and implement effective procurement services activities
• Development and execution of procurement plan
• Collaboration with Project Management Team timely completion
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Procurement

Staff Management
• The Project Manager, will negotiate with functional managers to identify and assign
resources in accordance with the project organizational structure approved in the
project charter. This plan shall also identify various external sourcing mechanisms
to hire new project resources.
• All resources and their anticipated project assignment timeframe must be
approved by the appropriate functional/department manager before the resource
may begin any project work. The project team must be co-located at the Smart
Home site.

Staff Management
When new staff joins the project, the Project Manager will provide a project
orientation. The orientation should include discussions related to the following
topics:
• Background of the Project
• Current Status of the Project
• Specific Job Duties and Expectations
• Overview of the Facility and Infrastructure
• Overview of the Project Processes, including time reporting, attendance, and
status meetings
Staff Training
Staff Management
The Project Manager will review each team member’s assigned work activities at the
onset of the project and communicate all expectations of work to be performed.
The functional manager will then evaluate each team member throughout the
project to evaluate their performance and how effectively they are completing
their assigned work. Prior to releasing project resources, the project manager will
meet with the appropriate functional manager and provide feedback on employee
project performance. The functional managers will then perform a formal
performance review on each team member. Key performance indicators are as
under:
• Punctuality
• Meeting deadlines
• Work quality
Performance Reviews
Staff Management
• Upon successful completion of the Smart Homes Project, a party will be held to
celebrate the success of each team member with the team members’ families
present.
•
• Upon successful completion of the project, any team member who satisfactorily
completed all assigned work packages on time will receive appreciation certificate
from the Project Manager.
•
• Cash Prize of 10000 will be awarded to the Best performer of the project.
Recognition & Rewards
Staff Management
Smart Homes project team will be released after Closing with a
formal Performance Review and clearance of dues.
