Moladi is a South African company established in 1986 that provides quality housing solutions using a prefabricated panel system called moladi. This system allows for rapid, affordable construction of homes while empowering local communities. 30 metre/second conducted over a 24-
hour period.

• Two impacts of the bag where executed on the
exterior wall surface for each of the above

impact for any sign of cracks, damage or
collapse – none.

height a slight indentation was visible.
The depth of the indentation was less
than 3 mm.

inch) wall as this is an acceptable norm for in situ
walls and is also the standard applied to low cost
housing units.
