2. Objectives of controlling processes
• To ensure that our processes stay in control after the
improvement solution has been implemented and
• To quickly detect the out of control state and determine
the associated causes so that actions can be taken to
control the problem before non-conformances are
produced.
3. Control
Unless we control the business processes in the form of
documentation and ongoing process controls, processes
will tend to degrade overtime and shall loose the gains
achieved in the improvement activities.
