JOB DESCRIPTION
Ability Job
 Expert in super sub- structure (top-down and bottom up basement construction).
 Expert in estimated quantity, measurement of material for progress claim.
 Planning the activity in site based on master program schedule.
 Make discussion with resident architect and resident engineer if any changes and error in
drawing delivered.
 Supervisor the activity construction on site.
 Arrangements of safety activity to make sure alls of labour know about safety on site.
 Attent for site meeting with contractor and client to make sure activity running smoothly.
 Material control on site from planning, material order and the location to storage of the
material.
 Responsible for all survey work including setting out and calculating of street and curve
alignment and levelling for construction of earthwork, roadwork and bridge.
 In order to ensure proper handling and control of request for survey work the request for
survey shall be raised by the construction team or sub-contractor.
 For the sub-contractor, the construction team shall verify the request for survey prior to its
issuance.
 Upon receipt of RFS the chief surveyor/surveyor shall evalute the validity of the request
and makes necessary arranggement to conduct the survey work.
 Upon completion of the survey, the chief surveyor/surveyor shall sign of the RFS and
attached of survey report or data.
 Joint survey with sub-contractor for progress claim.
