Role:
1. IT infrastructure support (Global)
2. Managing and Troubleshooting Virtual Machines through VSphere and Desktop Director.
3. Monitoring logs through Log Monitor Tool for DOD, SDOD Virtual Machine.
4. Responsible for Data/File securities/Back-Up Management.
5. Monitoring System Performance of Virtual memory, System events, Swapping, Disk utilization, CPU
utilization.
6. Regularly examine multiple monitoring systems for unexpected deviations in any of application layers.
7. RDS (Remote Desktop Support)
8. React to alerts with well-defined procedures, escalate problems to the appropriate people and follow up to
resolution.
9. Adhere to defined process and be ready for some adhoc and surprise incidents.
10. Help coworkers by creating documentation and detailed knowledge sharing for continuous improvement.
11. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for network outages that require details on what caused an outage, what
was done to resolve it and what can be done to reduce impact or prevent future occurrences.
12. Dealing with Vendor and Inventory Management
