What is a Job Interview?
 A Job interview is a process in which a potential
 employee is evaluated by an employer for
 prospective employment in their company,
 organization, or firm. During this process, the
 employer hopes to determine whether or not the
 applicant is suitable for the role.
Types of Job Interview
Traditional: The candidate sits
and talks with the interviewer
usually at the company‟s facility.
Questions are focused on the
candidate‟s attitudes; values, and
traditional skills.

bizarre questions. This is to see if you can think on the spot and
how creative/logical you are.
