E-pay Solutions India Private Limited is a Private incorporated on 26 August 2009. The Directors of E-pay
Solutions India Private Limited are Udaya Kumar Muttur, Akil Udayakumar. It’s corporate office located
at, Flat No 103 Meridian Plaza, Ameerpet, Hyderabad – 500016.
E-Pay Solutions India Private Limited is India's first chain of “self-serve one-stop pay shop” is yet
another initiative in adding value to the life of the common man. E-Pay through its vast network of
Franchise Partners offers it does consume never-before convenience in various kinds of payment
transactions. E-Pay provides its customers the ability to drive up to their nearest Kiosk and make

E-Pay Solutions has established three firm objectives. It wishes to achieve in the next ten months:
1. Three Thousand plus Kiosks along with Ten Thousand plus handheld billing POS Android version
and 250 WLA’s..
2. Enabling the Kiosks as on stop shop for all sorts of bill payments, collections, recharges, tax
payments, ticketing, media and entertainment services.
3. Net After –Tax, profit above 12% of Recurring Sales commission.

being done and from a middle class common man to an aristocrat managing their daily routine financial

Pay. There are approximately 126000 bank branches in India and only 15% of these branches are totally
automated with machines.

We have calculated the ROI in the lean scenario will be 24 months, the daily transactions will increase
and will compound once the centers are known to public and word spreads. E-Pay will be doing lot of
campaign and advertisements both in paper and electronic media. First Phase of funding is INR 100Cr.
