Helpchat used MoEngage's email capabilities to achieve open rates of up to 34% for their email campaigns. This helped them engage inactive users and onboard new users. Helpchat sent segmented emails at different points of the user journey such as onboarding emails, activation emails, and emails targeted at inactive users. They also sent emails to users who uninstalled the app within one day to get feedback and request them to reinstall. This resulted in up to 34% of uninstalled users engaging with the email.
