 Perform Product Quality Check , Capture Defects with Photo Proof.
 See Real Time Major / Minor Count.
 See Real Time Size Wise Inspection Count and Manage Inspection Quota.
 Take Corrective Actions on Defective Products, Capture Photo after Action.
 View and Modify AQL Report .
 Take Printout, Email and Send AQL Report for Approval to Higher Management / Client.

Download Order Details
 Here, Inspector can enter Order No for
which he want to do inspection.
Application will download the order
details from server.
 Inspector can start inspection same or
later (once he reaches warehouse).

 Here, Inspector can see the defect list
assigned to this order.
 Inspector can delete defects which are
Not Applicable for this lot.
 If defect list not assigned to the Order
then global defect list will appear,
inspector can choose relevant defects
only.

 Here, Inspector can see the defect list
assigned to this order.
 Inspector can delete defects which are
Not Applicable for this lot.
 If defect list not assigned to the Order
then global defect list will appear,
inspector can choose relevant defects

Inspection (AQL)
 Here Inspector can perform actual
inspection.
 Enter carton no and size. Press defect
button if it is failed. For Minor Defect
button color becomes amber for Major
Defect button color becomes Red.
 For major defect, camera will open and
inspector has to take sample photo.
 Major and Minor count will appear below
product sample photograph.
 Press Save button to complete
inspection of current sample
 Select Finish Inspection / Next Sample.

Inspection (Summary)
 Here Inspector can see the size wise
quota details.
 Inspection can see summary of all
defects found in the AQL, can take
corrective action also.
 Mention Closing Comments and
Inspected By.
 Finish Inspection.

Reporting Dashboard
 Here Management can see defect wise
summary.
 Modify Order Details (Add Defect,
Mention Qty, Upload Photo etc)
 View and Modify AQL Report
