2.  On the XVI century, the main kind of music is the
religious music that tries to increase the number of
voices, makes long sentences,…
 Also, the profane music that wasn’t admitted by the
church, appeared at this time.

3. The Shakespeare era was a time when music and art were
growing more and more each day, this time period was
also known as the English Renaissance.
Some instruments that were popular during this time
period were the spinet and the viol. All of these are
stringed instruments.
The most popular instrument was the lute that was used
in story-telling. This instrument had six pairs of
strings.

4.  Instruments such as the harpsichord, the spinet and
the lute became more than just accompaniment for
singers.
 The Renaissance era was one of the most productive
time period in history as far as the advancement of
music goes.
 The principal wind instruments were the cornet, the
pipe, the fife, the recorder and the trumpet.
