(Drugs)Ltd. by Sheikh Hasannally Esufally.
 In 1960s manufacture of toiletries in collaboration with a French
Multinational.
 In Late 1970s - Develop the Leisure sector.
 In 1978s - Commodity exports & apparel manufacture.
 In 1990s - Launched Clogard toothpaste today it has 35% market share.
 Restructured in 1993 (Hemas Drugs Ltd renamed Hemas
Holdings(Pvt)Ltd.)
 In 2008 Commencement of Hemas Hospital in Wattala.
 Recently Group entered to Power sector

readiness for quota free environment.

 Have to compete with many other powerful companies.
 Threats of Drawn back in share market, as they some what relay on
stakeholders equity.
 Govt. Policies may some time effect in drawn back of the Pharmaceuticals
& Transportation sector of the company.
 On going project of coal power plant will be threat for the strategic
Investment in Future.
