INTELLIGENCE
Intelligence is the ability to think, to learn from
experience, to solve problem and to adapt a new
situation.
According to Thorndike, intelligence is as “ one’s
capacity to deal effectively with situations.
MULTIPLE
INTELLIGENCE
MEANING OF MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCE.
Multiple Intelligence refers to a theory discussing different ways
students learn and acquire information. These multiple
intelligences range from the use of words, numbers, pictures and
music, to the importance of social interaction.
DEFINITION
According to Gardner’s theory, multiple inelligence is a theory of
intelligence that differentiates into specific “modalities” rather
than considering intelligence as a single general ability.
CONCLUSION
Teachers are able to understand the level of students
which in turn enables them to maximise learning for
the better of student, i.e., will help to creates
opportunities where maximum potentiality can be
explored. Multiple Intelligence provides expertive
and expertise always gives self-reliance, self
confidence which is the most required individual’s
quality to survive in the world in today’s era.
