Good teaching may overcome a poor choice of technology
but technology will never save bad teaching

Learning online requires students with self-discipline and
able to work to a self-managed schedule. This takes
training and practice. And are times for online and for
traditional and face-to-face
Personal priorities in online learning:
1. increasing access and flexibility
2. developing 21st century skills
3. reducing inequalities in the education system
4. increasing the cost-effectiveness of education
