This ‘point in time’ snapshot showed organization wide samples stats ranging from 90-200% Vs. the clients best performing center—no matter where it was in the world. So, we operate from 10% below client productivity to 2X better than development centers anywhere in the world. Most instances of GOCs operating below client center productivity are due to new client relationships, 6 months or less. While we manage the productivity of a GOC to account for the unique parameters of each client, these stats should build confidence about what we are capable of. 1:1 Parity: For the majority of clients, we reach parity in 6-9 months (this means that on a 1:1 comparison basis clients find that a resource in their GOC is just as productive as one of their in-house resources)
