Evaluating impact on behavior
  • Determining whether clients are utilizing the resource
     information given
     •   Following up with resources to see if they information was used
         and if clients followed through with references
Error may have been due to misunderstandings in survey
   • Having a full-time desk receptionist or volunteer that can
     administer survey to each client before and after
     consultation will eliminate most if not all confusion
   • Asking clients who have taken the surveys what can be
     done to make them more clear
     • Insider perspective
     • Community input on research
