5. What is recycling? Recycling is a process to obtain new raw materials from waste or used as objects.
6. What about the rubbish we throw away? The rubbish we throw away follows a process from the container to be recycled. Source: either domestic or industrial. Recovery: it is the collection and transportation of waste to the transfer plants. Transfer plants: mixed waste for transport over a lower cost. Separation plant: it is the place where waste is sorted & separated. Recycler final where the waste is recycled, stored in landfills or used for energy production.
7. To separate the rubbish, we use these containers: Yellow container: cans. Blue container: papers and cardboards. Green container: glasses. Brown container: organics (deposited objects can not be deposited in the other containers).
8. The 3 "R" Reduce: reducing the production of items. Reuse: re-using a product to give a second life. Recycle: collect the waste to transform into other objects and reuse.
9. What are the advantages of recycling? Recycling has three main advantages: -Reduce the volume of waste & pollution that causes waste. -Preserving natural resources ( if you recycle materials, they will be reused & you won't consume a lot of natural resources) because the recycled material is reused. -Reduce the cost of production of new goods.
