The main outcome was that there’s currently a mismatch between strategic importance and action. 92% of executives agreed that adopting agile is of strategic importance, while on the other hand less are involved in an agile transition or e.g. 78% in procurement has almost no experience in agile contracts. Furthermore has the COVID-19 crisis emphasized the importance of commercial functions in procurement & sales. Furthermore the modules itself could be booked individually. In other words sign up for the whole journey or just for some specific modules and develop your personal learning backlog to get the most out of our learning journey. The participants who sign up for the whole program will build a co-hort, while ad-hoc participants will build further co-hort’s.
