1. Mother Teresa of Calcutta
"Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We
have only today. Let us begin."
Mother Teresa of Calcutta, Missionary of Charity
Mother Teresa travelled to help the hungry in Ethiopia, radiation victims at Chernobyl,
and earthquake victims in Armenia. Her zeal and work of mercy knew no boundaries. And
this is the reason why still today sheâs one of the greatest inspirations to the world.
Mother Teresa showed us the true meaning of a being human, the understanding and
sympathy that are required so that we can have a life full of happiness and joy among our
loved ones. She was able to demonstrate to us how much of a giver a person can be.
Mother Teresa of Calcutta kept her outstanding work going despite all the bumps she
found on her way, she never gave up, and that must have saved thousands of people.
She believed that with persistence all of her goals could be achieved.
