Get Some Rest! Make sure you get enough sleep!
How Do I Stay Focused? Make sure to fuel your brain with healthy food!
How Do I Stay Refreshed?  Take some breaks!  Stretch, move around!
How Do I Get it All Done? Focus and finish what you are working on!
