OBJEKTIF      :     Pada akhir sesi pembelajaran murid dapat:

                  • Membezakan jenis makanan yang berkhasiat atau tidak berkhasiat.

                  • Memupuk murid mengamalkan pemakanan yang sihat.
PENGALAMAN SEDIA ADA : Ceramah pemakanan sihat di prasekolah.
BAHAN BANTU MENGAJAR : Projektor LCD, komputer riba, poster, replika dan flip-chart,
makanan berkhasiat, makanan manis dan lembaran kerja.

    Induksi     Aktiviti interaktif     1. Guna tiga bakul.
  ( 5 minit )                                   • Bakul A mengandungi
                                                  pelbagai jenis makanan.
                                                • Bakul B (kosong) untuk
                                                  makanan berkhasiat
                                                • Bakul C (kosong) untuk
                                                  makanan tidak berkhasiat.
                                        2. Panggil murid untuk mengambil
                                           makanan dari bakul A dan buat
                                           pilihan sekiranya makanan itu
                                           berkhasiat atau tidak. Masukkan
                                           makanan berkhasiat dalam bakul
                                           B dan tidak berkhasiat dalam
                                           bakul C.
                                        3. Minta murid lain memberi
                                           pendapat mereka.

                                                 memberus gigi.
