ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
• The wedding planner within occasion will be small in the
beginning the primary employ is the founder, who plans
events, the contract favour site manager will be on hand
to work the event as a liaison & vendor coordination.
Thus, there are two main employees with various levels
of vendors. When occasions reaches its expansion
goals, each office will have one to event planners, an
office site manager for the event and a product &
marketing function as one with constant communication
through weekly staff manager meeting, email &
messages
