recommendations help in preventing another stroke and staying healthy. Then, limit the
intake of cholesterol which are found in foods of animal origin. As part of a heart-healthy
diet, fiber can reduce cholesterol and overall risk for cardiovascular disease. Besides
that, some lifestyle changes such as exercise regularly, avoid alcohol and smoking are
a sure way to prevent stroke. Tai chi is known to lower blood pressure and another way
to alleviate stress. Stroke patients too, have to avoid smoking and drinking alcohol as
they damage smooth lining of blood vessels and linked to the risk of sudden death.

How to Prevent Sport Injuries
The first steps to prevent common sport injuries are to get a physical from doctor
before sport or fitness routine. Next, build up slowly by increase activity level no more
than 10 percent a week. In addition, exercise sport specific also prevent sport injuries.
Sport like golf, tennis, and volleyball require repetitive movements that tear muscles and
tendons. Furthermore, we should take lessons as proper technique is critical to avoid
overuse injuries like tendonitis and stress fracture. We should warm up and cool down
for 10 to 15 minutes to increase muscles blood flow and improve flexibility. Besides, we
should wear the right protective gear for our sport. Don’t be a ‘weekend warrior’ by

There are many advantages and disadvantages of advanced technology.
The first benefit of advanced technology is life would be much easier as robots and
machines take over our daily life chores. In addition, robots and machines do not do
mistake when programmed correctly, unlike humans. They are able to accomplish task
perfectly so we don’t have to worry about making mistakes and getting trouble. Another
advantage of advanced technology is we can save our valuable time and money.
Despite of the advantages, technology also brings some disadvantages. One
disadvantage is that as technology develops, robots and machine will take over huge
jobs and people will lose their jobs. Besides, another problem of highly developed
technology is most machines and robots are complex. Machines are hard to activate
unless you can multitask them. Thus, many people have lost their temper and it will
create a large expense to repair them.

I am the in the process of writing summary. the first part is to find focusing on lifestyle,
sports or technology. Then, I come to realize that it is not easy to find articles on the
exact title. I need to find resources from books, newspaper, friends and surf the internet.
Skimming and scanning for the relevant points are crucial. To begin my summary is
indeed the most difficult part because I have to extract the main ideas in the form of
graphic organizer for each article. Then we have to use appropriate language structures
in writing three essays. I have worked through the articles that I get from internet and
books, and then I understand the right format to write the essay.
Technically speaking, writing an essay always become an enjoyable activity. As I
progress, I started to enjoy writing the essay and elaborate all the important points. I try
to summarize the points but maintain the main ideas. As I go about writing the essay, I
come to know that indeed education plays a very important role in building up
individuals as I am today. I am very grateful to have such wonderful friends that are very
helpful in order to find the right way to write summary for each article. We discuss
during class, but more often than not, we meet outside of class just to discuss about this
assignment.
Then, I have learnt to plan my timetable to finish this assignment. This
assignment posed several consideration. I feel that I have problems in elaborating my
ideas through this essay. I am having a hard time in order to get into the right path of
ideas. I have many weaknesses within my writing, one is that I have a very large
challenge in terms of spelling. I have a tendency of not writing what I am thinking or
even speaking. I cannot edit anything on my own and always seek the assistance from
someone more than the normal person.

There are many things that could be done in order to improve my writing. I need
to gain an understanding of the areas where I have strength and also grasp the areas
that are weak. I feel comfortable as a writer and am looking to improve my ability by
utilizing this understating.
Most of all, I am proud to be one of those who have finished this assignments. I
have learnt a lot in summarizing articles and write coherent paragraph. I am proud to
participate in this learning process to become a skillful teacher.
