Sure Mary’s release from job is lawful.

dismissed. Mary had an agreement which had been prolonged for a 2 year interval.
The 2nd project completed when economic problems caused the company to carry
out budget cuts, and it was this particular action that led to Mary getting discharged
from her agreement.

violated? Explain why.
