- It’s an FDA has an archaic regulatory structure problem. Need help from legislatures on this. McConnel made it clear that the FDA needs to do their job. Also important that the FDA regulates as a dietary supplement… better for the industry…several products that Some kind of MOU while they are creating regulations..how the standards are they need to abide Not doing CGNP ingredients…no tracing, no batch, not lot numbers If they take this away people will die
