generate the mission environment for the testing of
ESM systems.
Basic properties;
• An EW threat database to maintain the parametric
information (frequency, PRI, PW, antenna pattern, etc)
• Dynamic scenario environment where the user defines the
navigation paths for the sensor platform and threat
platforms
• Threat emitter/modes/submodes operate according to the
timeline and the parametric information entered by the

MilSOFT was established in 1998 focusing on System Integration and Software Development in defense industry . MilSOFT conducts operations in its own R&D center at METU Technopolis, Ankara and also in TUBITAK Technological Free Zone R&D Office in Gebze (next to Istanbul ) . MilSOFT is 100% Turkish & private company.
Vision of MilSOFT is “Being a major player in the world market as the leading Turkish system integration and software development company”. When the reference projects of MilSOFT are reviewed, it is seen that MilSOFT significantly moved ahead according to the its Vision.
MilSOFT organization chart includes both technical and administrative departments. MilSOFT’s projects are handled under the responsibility of Vice President.
MilSOFT is the the First Company in EUROPE to achieve CMMI Level 5 on February 14th, 2005 which is the highest level a company can achieve (SEI CMMI is a methodology originated in USA but very well accepted all around the world to evaluate the software companies). After its successful assessment on February 15th, 2008, MilSOFT became one of the Top-20 companies throughout the World who achieved to Level 5 according to the CMMI-DEV version 1.2 rules. Last assessment was completed on February 25th, 2011 and MilSOFT was certified as CMMI-5 again with the honor of holding CMMI Level 5 certification third time. In addition, MilSOFT has NATO AQAP-160 and TS-EN-ISO 9001:2008 certificates.
