2. Supplies Needed
• 9.25” x 6” outer fabric
• 9.25” x 6” lining fabric
• 9.25” x 6” iron-on interfacing
• 9.25” x 5” pocket fabric
• 9.25” x 4” pocket fabric
• Button
• Hair elastic

3. Step 1:
• Iron interfacing to back of lining fabric

4. Step 2:
• Fold fabric pockets in half and lay on lining
fabric

5. Step 3:
• Tape hair elastic to lining facing in. Lay outer
fabric face down on pockets and hair elastic

6. Step 4:
• Sew on all four sides leaving an opening for
turning

7. Step 5:
• Trim corners and turn

8. Step 6:
• Press and top stitch all the way around
• Fold in half and stich down center

9. Step 7:
• Sew on button and voila!
