Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum for young business leaders. This is a young government entity for young leaders, The design was dynamic and colorful. The client wanted a cost effective solution, without compromising the quality , look and feel of the office proposed. BBR, out of the thirteen vendors was awarded the project to meet their requirements.

TRIMEX LOCATION JLT, Dubai AREA 600 m2 CONTRACT TYPE DESIGN, DOCUMENTATION, FITOUT , PROJECT MANAGEMENT & FURNITURE SUPPLY TOTAL PROJECT COST AED 2,600,000.00 TOTAL PROJECT DURATION 8 WEEKS PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Trimex Group is a mineral mining company and has entrusted us with the task of fitting out their new Dubai headquarters. The design concept is Contemporary forward thinking design bringing elements from their industry into their office interiors.

The space is to be used partly as their direct selling showroom and also will include their regional office and training center.

All round natural light on the high floor provides a spacious feel despite high density occupancy.

THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL LOCATION HEALTH CARE CITY, DUBAI AREA 5,500 m2 CONTRACT TYPE DESIGN, DOCUMENTATION, FITOUT , PROJECT MANAGEMENT & FURNITURE SUPPLY TOTAL PROJECT COST AED 11,750,000.00 TOTAL PROJECT DURATION 28 WEEKS PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Executive Council’s rapid expansion created the need to house over 300 new staff in a complimentary mix of open plan and enclosed offices. A feature ceiling detail in the open plan area creates a point of interest in a low ceiling height building. Glazing was used extensively internally to compensate for small external windows. The theme throughout was of modern arabic with distinctly corporate style.

This was achieved with minimal disruption while a completely new look and design was created reflecting their request of smart classic and unpretentious.

The brief was to create an office space that showed excellence in terms of design and quality of materials yet was not overstated. The space was to function as a main office for the client as well as having the flexibility to lease part of the tenancy as serviced offices.

Our brief was to create an environmental reflective of SWAAB’s innovative service culture and attractive to their corporate clients. The use of operable walls in the meeting rooms around reception enable the area to be opened up for functions of 100+ people.

42. ORINANDO SCHOOL PROJECT PROJECT DESCRIPTION BBR Design is proud to be enabling the refurbishment project of Orinando Community School in Ukehe, a village outside Enugu in Nigeria. As well as contributions from the profits of all BBR Design offices, our staff are also supporting the project with voluntary donations. Our goal is to provide an inspirational education facility for the wonderful children of Ukehe who at the moment have to endure terrible conditions. This is our own project and we ensure the funds go directly and undiluted to the target of our support. Our clients are also encouraged to support this worthy and practical cause.
