18. Verify Google Analytics
● Make sure it’s using Universal, including
demographics
● Set up any goals, if applicable
● Set up site search tracking, if applicable

19. Verify all in-post and in-page links are using the
final URL

20. Verify all widget links are pointed to the live site

21. Verify all hard-coded CSS references are
pointed to the live site

22. Verify any custom functions.php items are
pointed to the live site

23. Verify all navigation menu links are pointed to
the live site

24. Delete any unused plugins

25. Verify favicon is in there

26. Check time zone settings

27. Set WordPress to allow search engine indexing

28. Make sure forms are set to send to the proper
recipients

29. Add redirects from all old URLs to the new ones

30. Enable Jetpack sharing icons and customize
other Jetpack settings

31. Make sure test blog entries have been removed

32. Make sure there is no “uncategorized” category in
the blog

33. Make sure all links/images embedded in
Tablepress are pointed to the live site

34. Check logo / header / background image URL

36. Check WP SEO settings, particularly open
graph meta data
