Provide Project Consultancy Services for the Implementation of Organizational
and Project Management Systems (O&PM) with IT Solutions
Scope of Work
Full Implementation of O&PM with IT solution for the core Businesses of Ashghal and
its departments with100 accounts and more than 500 users. The system should
include licenses installation and customization, system administration, and operating
project management principles, practices, methodologies, tools and techniques. The
system should use the newly developed business processes in addition to developing
and upgrading O&PM system that will be compatible with and supporting future
applications of relevant ISO certification through the following main responsibilities:

business processes of four Departments: Water Laboratory, Human
Resources, Information Technology and Customer Services
• Prepare and qualify the Electricity Network Planning and Electricity Network
Transmission Departments for ISO 9001 Certification
Duties
• Start with an extensive diagnostic survey for each targeted department;
• Prepare a detailed report of proposed documentation hierarchy to cover all
aspects of business process and get it approved by KM at the beginning;
• Prepare Documentation for each targeted department in accordance with
KM Quality Management System documentation standard;
• Insure that the prepared Documentation for the business processes of the
four Departments shall be in comprehensible English, and shall include -
but not limited to - policies, procedures, work instructions, standards, code
of practices and guidelines with their associated forms and checklists;
• Identify improvements to existing practices of KM and recommend changes
of resources with estimates for implementation. Where improvements can
be easily and quickly implemented, they should be agreed by users and
included in the procedures;
• All deliverables of the prepared Documentation shall be accepted by user
managers in each business process and Internal Audit and Quality
Assurance (IAQA). Deliverables shall include soft copies using Microsoft
Office suite. Other software must have prior approval from IAQA; and
• Provide training to users on the drafted documentation to ensure effective
implementation of each document.
