prospects to join the group.

2. ‘Preferred Peeps’

3. Post Real Estate articles, local news, and
upcoming events 2 -3 times per week.

1. Monitor your Facebook and other social
media pages at least once per day. Use a
social media feed manager such as Nutshell
Mail to make this task easier.

2. Comment on posts / respond to
comments. Let people know that you are
listening!

3. Send custom birthday greetings. Separate
yourself from everyone else! Find a YouTube
video or create your own.
4. Do not use social media to air your dirty
laundry.
