12. Recruitment rules:
Must do twice :
First one is in the
beginning of the season,
and the other is in the
middle of the season.
Enterview :
- The interview will be at
the week after opening
the recruitment.
- The interviewer only
from the board and HR.
Enterview :
- OC members organize
the days of interviews.
- Each interview must
take only 15 mins.
- Take feedback from
the interviewees.
Occur before the external
recruitment with a simple
interview by only the head
of the committee and HR.
Enternal recruitment :
FQSA.KFS.
13. - We have to do a general meeting at least
one time in the month wether online or
offline.
- All members must attend.
- President reward the best member of
each committee.
- HR Take feedback from the members.
The delay from the meeting more than 15 min will
lead to a punishment set by the head.
Any excuse must be reported to the HR before the
meeting.
After each meeting HR member send a summary
about the meeting.
Head must connect with the HR and ask him/her to
determine the time of the meeting with members.
Every committee must make meeting every week
wether online or offline.
