- Close, Minimize, & Maximize buttons moved from Top-Right
corner to Top-Left corner
- CTRL key = Command key
- Start Button = Apple icon in Top-Left Corner
- My Computer = Finder

- Press the power button on the top right corner of your computer
- Turning computer off
- Click on the apple icon in the top left corner of the screen and
choose Shut Down

7. Setting Up iTunes on Mac
- iTunes
- Download iTunes
- Set-up FREE account
- iTunes Store
- iBooks
- Google Earth

8. Flash Player for Mac
- Go to the LCSS Mac Downloads page:
www.liberty.k12.ga.us/technology
- Click on Mac Downloads
- Choose Flash Player for Mac
- The download will start and can be viewed by clicking on the
Download icon
- Click on the Download drop down icon and expand the Download
window
- DBL-click on the Adobe Flash Player program & click Open to load it

9. Flash Player for Mac
- When the Adobe icon appears, DBL click to install
- Check “I Agree” and then select Install
- Log in with your net work username & password
- Close any programs you may be prompted to close (such as Safari)
- The install will begin. When it finishes, click Done.
- DO NOT RESTART yet as we have another installation to do first.

10. Flip4Mac
- Go to the LCSS Mac Downloads page:
www.liberty.k12.ga.us/technology
- Click on Mac Downloads
- Choose Flip4Mac
- The download will start and can be viewed by clicking on the
Download icon
- Click on the Download drop down icon and expand the Download
window
- DBL-click on the Perian program and click Open to load it

11. Flip4Mac
- A new window will appear (may be behind other windows) and you
will click on the Perian.prefPane icon to install the program
- A new window will then appear, which you can close
- You must now restart your computer for all new programs to finish
installing
