AIESEC Argentina & Uruguay aims to develop 142 young leaders through their RA program and 96 through their RE program by June 2014. They have national goals to place 26 people in marketing, 36 in teaching, and 15 in IT positions by focusing their strategy on customer centricity, sales revolution, virtual and physical promotion, and product development. They are preparing for the OGIP revolution in 2014 through initiatives like the sales revolution, online tools, recruitment, and network empowerment.
