 Keranjang Pasar (market basket)
keranjang pasar adalah sebuah daftar dari satu
atau lebih komoditi dengan jumlah tertentu.
 Asumsi Dasar Mengenai Preferensi :
1. Kelengkapan
2. Trantivitas
3. Lebih baik berlebih dari pada kurang

Kurva indiferensi
memperlihatkan semua
kombinasi keranjang pasar yang
memberikan tingkat kepuasan
yang sama kepada seorang
konsumen.

Untuk mengukur jumlah suatu barang yang
konsumen bersedia melepaskan untuk mendapatkan
barang lain lebih banyak, kita menggunakan ukuran
yang disebut tingkat substitusi margina
SUBTITUSI SEMPURNA
Dua barang merupakan subtitusi sempurna (perfect
subtitutes) bila tingkat subtitusi marjinal satu barang
untuk yang lainnya adalah konstan.
KOMPLEMEN SEMPURNA
Dua barang merupakan komplemen sempurna
(perfect complement) apabila kurva indiferensi untuk
barang-barang tersebut berbentuk sudut siku-siku.
KETERBATASAN ANGGARAN
Garis Anggaran adalah garis yang mengkombinasikan
antara pangan dan sandang yang di beli.
EFEK PERUBAHAN PENDAPATAN
dan HARGA
Faktor dari penentu dari daya beli (purchasing
power) konsumen-yakni kemampuan untuk
menghasilkan utilitas melalui pembelian barang
dan jasa. Daya beli tidak hanya ditentukan oleh
pendapatan, tetapi juga oleh harga. Misalnya, daya
beli seorang konsumen dapat menjadi berlipat
ganda karena pendapatannya juga berlipat atau
karena harga semua barang yang dibelinya turun
sampai setengahnya.
PILIHAN KONSUMEN
Keranjang pasar yang maksimal harus memenuhi dua
syarat :
- harus berada pada garis anggaran
- Harus memberikan kombinasi barang dan
jasa yang paling disukai konsumen.
