The Formula :
• With thickness (S value) (15 mm), maximum (l) length of material (8.5m) and
minimum V value 40 mm, result F (pressing Force) 8032,5 kN. That value is still
under the F value of UTE bending machine (YSD 1600) 10000 kN
• So, It doesn’t need a new bending machine
• Its better to invest the intercangeable punches & dies

• Need some punches & dies that are modified based on bending shape
needed
• Punches & Dies are intercangeable for all of bending machines
• UTE doesn’t need to invest new bending machine. But if it’s still considering to
invest, bending machine with pressing force 10000 kN & working length 8 m
is the right choosen one.
