Capital Management and Guggenheim Partners, and the two investment firms
paid $70 million to buy eight industry-oriented publications from Nielsen
Business Media. Prometheus Global Media now publishes entertainment

industry; Ad week, for the advertising industry; Back Stage, for actors; and
Film Journal International, for the film industry. In addition, the company
