DAY 1 1. MEASURE & weigh in am before u get dressed! you will lose more in cm - products feed muscles 2. How did you like the taste of your shake? If not enthusiastic about taste find out favorite bev/ fruit 3. How did you mix it - blender/shaker/spoon? Always use a blender - mix with fruit, water & oats 4. How many times did you take your tablets? Any time is fine as long as required amount is taken!
DAY 1 continued. 5. Did you feel hungry / When?  Add more shake. Over 70kg/120 lbs =3 level tablespoons 6.How many glasses of water in total?   “ Plenty” is not an answer! Find out EXACTLY! 7. How many teaspoons of tea in total?   3 teaspoons a day ensures AMAZING energy & burns fat.
