The basic tracking of variables that have been
adapted as measures or “indicators” of the desired
program outcomes. Outcome monitoring does not
infer causality; changes in outcome could be
attributable to multiple factors, not just the
program.

Outcome monitoring does not infer causality; changes in outcome could be attributable to multiple factors, not just the program.
