Graduated from Sup’Com engineering 98'. Moez received his M.S in telecommunications from ENIT School in 2001. In 2009, he achieved his Ph.D in applied mathematics and in telecommunications, from El Manar Univ & Paris Descartes Univ. He started his career in 98' as a research engineer member of PINA R&D at the Tunisian CERT. In 2002, he became the chief of RACINES R&D. He joined in 2005 the Telcos Regulation Authority. In 2011 after the revolution Moez was appointed Chairman and CEO of the ATI -Tunisian Internet Agency he transformed it into a neutral IXP, Registrar, ISP and launched the 404Labs. He is appointed Chairman & CEO of the Tunisian Post on April 2015. Moez is married, father of
