We live in Pretoria. It is one of 3 capital cities in South
                                               Africa.

                          Our
                          Flag!

For 46 years, we had an apartheid
government - a system of racial segregation.

                          Whites and Blacks were separated.

To tell a story about our lives in
          South Africa today, we broke
                  into four teams.

Each team chose a name, and
           practiced using the digital
         cameras. Then we decided what
           stories we wanted to tell.

                     These are our themes:
                            Culture,
                            History,
                             Peace
                        & Happy People.

This is Pretoria, the city where we live.

We picked themes then took pictures in:

                                            - Church Square in central Pretoria.
                                      - The parks and markets in our neighborhoods.
                                   - Freedom Park, which honors the end of Apartheid.
                                  - The Union Building, where our first president Nelson
                                                Mandela was inaugurated.
