2. PORT Bolivar is located on the coast of South America,
south of Ecuador in the province of El Oro, and is the
second port of the Republic for the movement of cargo

expand Puerto Bolivar to make it a leader of
Ecuador and the Northern Region of SACP, by

7. The scope of this project can be broken down
into two parts:

Upgrading existing facilities to
improve their efficiency and invest in
new equipment and auxiliary

store, new doors, new tugboats,
mobile cranes, truck dock and patio
equipment for various bulk, etc. The
